Events Calendar
- Annual Sugar Run Powwow
The powwow is a great place to bring family and friends. It is a cultural event where you can experience a great atmosphere of Native American arts,crafts,jewelry,food,song, and dance for everyone ages 3-103. Native crafts and beading activities from 9:00am - 12:00pm Saturday, April 3 9:00am - 5:00pm, Memorial Middle School 150 McGrath St. Laconia. Come join our community in our schools and learn about our culture. Grand Enrty Dance at Noon, drumming and singing with Black Thunder, Mountain Spirit, and Nothern Coup. - Damy Drive Community Association Bake Sale/Flea Market
- Easter Breakfast at Pines Community Center
The Pines Community Center presents its annual Easter Breakfast Saturday April 3rd from 7:30-10am. All-u-can-eat, five dollars for adults, $3.50 for kids. At 9am, the Winnisquam Regional High School National Honor Society will hold an Easter Egg Hunt outside in the Pines, weather permitting. 286-8653 for more information.

10-11:30 AM - Easter Egg Hunt:
Free of charge, Bring your own basket
Noon -5 PM (Gym)- Bean Bag Toss, Potato Sack Races, Tug of War, Face Painting and More!!!
Noon - 4 PM - Archery: test your skills with a bow & arrow $1/3 arrows
Noon - 2 PM - Arts & Crafts: Join us in the conference room for egg decorating & more. Suggested donation $3/child
Noon (Game Room ) - Pine Pong Tourney, Air Hockey Tourney, Pool Tourney: Registrations begin at 10 AM and end 30 minutes prior to start. Open to all ages 12 and up. $5 entrance fee. Winner will receive 50% of entrance fee profits.
- Remember Franklin's Angels Walk
The Community is invited to walk at the Franklin Falls Dam to remember Beth, Molly and Jenny MacDonald.
The Franklin Fire Department's
Honor Guard will lead the procession.
